With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Education Consultant for a global EdTech company, I have led training programs and workshops in more than 15 countries. My expertise includes:
• Designing and delivering engaging e-learning courses and learning experiences.
• Creating Train the Trainer programs for educators.
• Supporting professional development through the effective use of technology in teaching and learning.
• Developing and implementing digital educational resources.

My career began as a secondary school teacher of English in Russia, followed by roles as a Teacher Trainer for British Council projects. I hold an MEd in Educational Policy and Management, which further shaped my ability to design learner-centered solutions that drive meaningful change.
